Delivery & Returns
Return and Refund Policy
This policy sets out your rights and our obligations in relation to returns, exchanges, and refunds. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1) In-Store Purchase & Collection
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind on in-store purchases.
- If your dress is faulty, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Please notify us within 7 days of collecting the dress if you believe your item is faulty. Proof of purchase will be required.
- Dresses which have been worn, altered, had security tags removed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
- Any exchange will be at the discretion of the store manager.
2) In-Store Purchase with Courier Delivery
- In-store purchases with courier delivery are treated the same as In-Store Purchase & Collection (see section 1 above).
3) Online Purchase
- We have a 14-day return policy for online purchases. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Conditions for exchange: Only dresses which are (a) unworn, (b) in original packaging, and (c) have tags attached can be exchanged.
- You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including special orders or personalised items. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
- To start a return, contact us at mail@promsandbeyond.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If not approved, the dress will be sent back to you.
- EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
