Terms & conditions

Prom 2027 season

  1. 1.

    Eligibility

    Open to students in Year 11 and Year 13 attending secondary schools in England. Applicants must have permission from a parent or guardian if under 18. Only one ambassador per school will be selected.

  2. 2.

    Application & participation

    Applications close on 15th March 2027. To apply, complete the application form on this page. Successful applicants will be contacted directly by Proms & Beyond. Participation is voluntary. Not being selected does not reflect on your worth or popularity — this programme is a marketing opportunity, not a popularity contest. Promoter: Proms & Beyond, Unit A4, Riverside Shopping Centre, Hemel Hempstead, UK.

  3. 3.

    Role of the ambassador

    Ambassadors agree to represent Proms & Beyond positively in their school and community, and will be expected to: share and promote Proms & Beyond content on social media; encourage peers to visit the boutique for dress appointments; and take part in photoshoots, catwalks or promotional events (dates communicated in advance).

  4. 4.

    Rewards & incentives

    Ambassadors receive exclusive perks including 5% store credit for each referral who purchases a dress at Proms & Beyond (credit applied only after full payment and collection of the dress), plus access to VIP events, early collection launches and promotional activities. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

  5. 5.

    Conduct & representation

    Ambassadors are expected to act responsibly, respectfully and in line with the brand's values of inclusivity, confidence and empowerment. Negative, offensive or inappropriate behaviour (online or offline) may result in removal from the programme without notice. Ambassadors agree not to promote or represent competing prom dress boutiques during their ambassador term.

  6. 6.

    Use of images & content

    By joining the programme, ambassadors and their parent or guardian consent to the use of their name, photos and videos in Proms & Beyond's marketing materials (social media, website, advertising and press). Content produced during photoshoots remains the intellectual property of Proms & Beyond.

  7. 7.

    Duration of ambassadorship

    The ambassadorship runs for the Prom 2027 season (August 2026 – July 2027). Proms & Beyond reserves the right to withdraw or extend the programme at its discretion.

  8. 8.

    Limitation of liability

    Proms & Beyond is not liable for any costs incurred by ambassadors (e.g. travel to events) unless agreed in writing. Participation does not create any form of employment relationship.

  9. 9.

    General

    Selection is at the sole discretion of Proms & Beyond. Spots are limited and once a school is taken, no further ambassadors will be appointed from that school. By applying, ambassadors and (where applicable) their parent or guardian confirm they have read, understood and agree to these terms & conditions.
