How it works
As a member, you have your own Membership code to share, and two benefits: Save 5% today, and earn 5% in reward credit towards a future qualifying purchase. This applies to your own qualifying purchases and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Earn 5% in Beyond rewards when friends shop using your code.
You choose how to benefit. Use your Membership code for 5% off plus 5% reward credit towards a future qualifying purchase (up to 10% combined benefit). Or, when you are ready to spend your credit, make a separate Reward code and use that instead.
A purchase made with a Reward code gets no additional 5% membership discount and earns no new reward. Reward credit is capped at £30 for each qualifying purchase, on full-price eligible products only. It cannot be combined with any other promotion, and the existing waiting and expiry rules apply.
Someone you care about has a special occasion coming up, such as a prom, birthday, wedding or a party? Share your Membership code with a friend or family member to help them find something they will love wearing.
A friend or family member who uses your code saves 5% too, on full-price eligible products, as often as they shop with us. You earn 5% in Beyond rewards each time, up to £30 for each qualifying purchase, to spend on your own next dress, for a birthday, a formal occasion, a wedding or a graduation. The usual waiting and expiry rules apply.

Customers who have shopped with us for occasions other than prom can become members of The Beyond Club. If your prom is in 2027, please wait until your prom is over before joining, even if you have also bought a dress for another occasion. How it works
One
Claim your code. Use the personal link in your invitation email to read and accept the terms. If it does not work, reply YES to your invitation email and we’ll send it to you. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must confirm their approval before your code can be created.
Two
Share it with friends. As many friends as you like, and each of them can use it as often as they like.
Three
Your friend or family member saves 5% on full-price eligible products. Dresses start from £199, in sizes 4XS to 14W.
Four
You earn a Beyond reward of 5%, up to £30 for each qualifying purchase, when friends shop using your code. We let you know when it is pending, and again when it is ready to spend. Your own qualifying purchases earn 5% reward credit for a future purchase, up to £30 each.

When your reward can be spent
When your friend's deposit has cleared, your estimated reward is pending, so it is not available to spend yet. The amount may change if the order changes.
In our boutique, it becomes available once the order is paid in full and collected. Online, it becomes available once the order is paid in full and 30 days have passed since it was fulfilled, and any hold on the order has cleared. We then tell you the exact amount and its expiry date.
Each reward can be spent on full-price eligible products for twelve months from the day it becomes available.
Sharing your code

Share your code in whatever way suits you: tell a friend in person, send it by text or message, or post it on social media. Your friend or family member does not need an email from us or a special link. They can mention the code when booking, then show it at their appointment so our team can apply it to their purchase. If they shop online, they enter it at checkout.
If you share your code publicly, please label the post as an ad, as section 8 of the terms explains.

Questions
Who can become a member?
The Beyond Club is invitation-only and is being rolled out selectively. It is currently open to girls whose prom was in 2026 or earlier. Customers who have shopped with us for occasions other than prom can become members of The Beyond Club. If your prom is in 2027, please wait until your prom is over before joining, even if you have also bought a dress for another occasion. Girls with proms in 2027 can apply to our Prom Ambassador programme. The person who bought and the person who wore the dress are each invited to become members, with a code of their own. If they are the same person, that is one membership.
Does membership cost anything?
Membership is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing you have to post.
What if the member is under 18?
If you are under 18, when you claim your code you confirm that a parent or guardian has given you permission to join, and you give us their email address. We then ask your parent or guardian to confirm their approval. We normally email them, and they can reply to that email or call us on +44 1442 973871; if we cannot email them, they can give their approval by calling us on that number. We create your code only once they approve. We keep a record of that approval.
How do I spend my reward?
Sign in to My Beyond Club and make a single-use Reward code yourself, for the amount you would like to use. Then enter it at checkout, or give it to our team at the till. If you would rather have help, email club@promsandbeyond.com or ask in the boutique, and our team will make one for you. If you are coming to an appointment, let us know beforehand so it is ready when you arrive.
How long does a reward last?
Each available reward can be spent for twelve months from the date it became available. After that it expires.
Do I earn rewards on my own purchases?
Yes. Enter your membership code to save 5% on your own full-price purchase. Your purchases are linked to your membership, so you earn 5% in reward credit for a future purchase (up to £30 for each purchase) even when you do not enter your code. A purchase paid for with reward credit does not earn a new reward. Cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Can I earn rewards and spend reward credit on the same purchase?
