• 4-6 Months Before Prom: Begin browsing online and in-store. New styles have already landed in-store by October. This is the perfect time to book a personal styling appointment to explore different silhouettes and find what makes your daughter feel amazing.  At this stage you will have the widest selection to chose from.  Shopping this early also lets you spread out the cost of the prom dress as most stores will let you reserve your dress for a deposit. 

• 3-4 Months Before Prom: Aim to have the dress chosen and purchased. This locks in her style and allows you to register it for her school.

• 2-3 Months Before Prom: Schedule the first fitting with a seamstress. This gives them ample time to work their magic.

• 1 Month Before Prom: Have the final fitting and collect the altered dress. Now you can focus on finding the perfect accessories.

• The Week of Prom: Your daughter can try on the complete look one last time. All that’s left to do is relax and look forward to the magical night ahead!
