Delivery & Returns
Return and Refund Policy
This policy sets out your rights and our obligations in relation to returns, exchanges, and refunds. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1) In- store Purchase & Collection:
· We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind on in-store purchases.
· However, if your dress is faulty- you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
· Please notify us within 7 days of collecting the dress if you believe your item is faulty. Proof of purchase will be required.
· Dresses which have been worn, altered, security tags removed or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
· Any exchange will be at the discretion of the store manager.
2) In- store Purchase with Courier delivery :
· Instore Purchases with Courier delivery are treated same as In-store Purchase & Collection
3) Online Purchase:
· We have a 14-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
· Conditions of exchange: Only dresses which are a) unworn, b) in original packaging and c) have tags attached can be exchanged
· You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
· Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
· Exceptions / non-returnable items : Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

· If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

· Refunds :We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If not approved the dress will be sent back to you.
· European Union 14 day cooling off period : Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
