Returns & Exchanges
We completely understand that things don’t always work out. If your dress does not fit perfectly, we make returns and exchanges straightforward and stress-free.
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Just a heads-up: you are responsible for any return shipping fees.
All refunds are handled as shop credit and distributed via a one-time promotional code. We will handle your return within 5-7 business days after receiving it. Your shop credit will be valid for 30 days after it is provided.
Returning it by post? We strongly recommend utilising monitored and insured shipping because we cannot be held liable for any things lost in transit. Keep your proof of postage until everything is settled.
Need to exchange styles?
If the replacement item costs more, you will just pay the difference. If it is less, you will still receive a promotional coupon, but the unused value will not be returned.
