Our Flagship UK store is in Hemel Hempstead where YOUR Personal Stylist will take you through a collection of beautiful prom dresses to choose from.  Our address is 7 Riverside, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1BT.

We do require you to take an online appointment before coming in so our personal stylist can prepare for you. 

No we request you to come with your parent.  You can bring a friend along but she can only try a dress if her parent accompanies her with you.  Planning ahead ensures a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience!

Yes there is lots of parking nearby.  The closest car park is Moor End Car park,  Leighton Buzzard Road,  Hemel Hempstead HP1 1BT.

Yes, we won’t sell the same dress to the same school, not even in a different colour!

We do not offer alteration service on site but can recommend a few local alteration services.

 

Each of our dresses is Special and fabricated to your style and measurements .  We are unable to offer refunds. 

 
 

Yes if your sister or friend buys a dress from us – they get an extra 5% off on top of any other promotions that maybe running. 

 
 
 
 
Yes you can. You need to call us and provide all your information including school name and size. You will be sent a website link to make payment. After receipt of payment you  can collect the dress in store or it can be posted to you (postage extra) .  But please give us your accurate size when ordering the dress as the dress cannot be returned.
 
 
We try to carry sizes from 4XS to XL in all dresses but we do have some larger dresses in some styles.
 
Yes first 100 customers get a 10% off.
 
We will try our best to accommodate your request and check if it is possible.
 
We get inventory every 8-10 weeks.
 
We will always make sure that dress has no defect when we you take its delivery .  But if you still find a defect please bring back the dress to us and after examination that the dress has not been worn or mishandled we will offer you a replacement dress in same style and colour.

Yes we have beautiful fitting rooms as well as one wheelchair friendly changing room. 
 
Yes you can reserve your dress with a deposit and pay the rest in interest free monthly  installments or in a lump sum when collecting the dress. If you have purchased the dress on part payment plan – rest of the payment has to be made before collecting the dress . Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
